We know the importance of drinking water every day; it is beneficial for the skin, helps to rid the body of toxins and other nasties etc.

Drinking a glass of water or any low calorie beverage before or after a meal will make us feel ‘full’ and decrease the urge to eat.       

•             Do Some Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise helps to condition the cardiovascular system. ‘Aerobic’ means ‘with oxygen’ which means that breathing controls the amount of oxygen that gets to the muscles to help them burn fuel and move.    

Not only will aerobic exercise help you lose weight, it also can help to change your body’s hormone levels and this can help to temporarily suppress your appetite. Examples of aerobic exercise includes; Swimming, rowing, cycling and using an elliptical trainer.
